Should you decide to put your property on the market then we would be delighted to offer it to our many clients, including of course a full listing on this website. If you decide to proceed then you must accept the terms of our agency agreement, and if we successfully find a buyer (or renter), you will pay the agreed commission. The rate will depend on the property, but typically it is just 3% of the price for a house sale. If we don't find a buyer , you pay nothing.

Premium listing

The photos he takes will be yours to use as you wish and will be used to promote your property on our website. As a 'Premium Listing' your property will also appear on our front page as a featured listing for at least one month ensuring the maximum exposure of your property to our thousands of visitors.

Our Premium Listing service is available to all property owners and costs just 3,000 THB - a small price to pay for such an effective edge - to say nothing of the beautiful photographs you will recieve.
