Welcome to the Jasmine Homes new website! After more than 10 years we decided it was time for a facelift and we hope you like the new design. Don't worry - all of the best features of the old site are still here and for members who signed up previously - you can still use the same username and password for full access. We keep our listings as up to date as possible with daily updates and offer you a wide choice of different currencies to display prices (see top of the page to change). Unlike many Thai websites our currency rates are updated every hour from the Bank of Thailand rates so the price you see is accurate. We also offer advanced search facilities to enable you to find exactly what you want and you can also register as a user in the Members Area to receive details of the newest listings the moment they are available.

Property prices here are a fraction of typical western property prices. A small house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can be secured for less than 1,000,000 THB (around 31,250 USD or around 22,700 Euros as at April 2014). Larger properties are similarly attractive price wise and 10,000,000 THB will buy a wonderful villa with a large plot of land and every conceivable luxury. Of course there are plenty of properties available between these prices and some really outstanding places above these figures.

As with home prices, business properties are surprisingly inexpensive in Chiang Mai. There are also opportunities to acquire established businesses, but you need to be sure about the existing owners reasons for selling. Many existing businesses will be available leasehold with leases of varying duration, so they make an ideal investment for foreigners who cannot own freehold. It's an old saying but it's perfectly true today. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately?) Chiang Mai really doesn't have districts that are more exclusive than others. All districts have mixed housing and it is common to see a small traditional working class Thai home next to an expensive and elaborate villa. Whilst this is true of districts it is not necessarily true of developments which can vary enormously in quality.
